Talk about ChatGPT and AI is everywhere at the moment. Also, there’s lots of chat about AI taking away jobs etc.

The main thing to remember is that AI is a tool.

What you need to do is, understand the tool and learn how it can help you in what you do.

I thought I’d ask ChatGPT to write me a blog about the benfits of using ChatGPT. It wrote me a blog in a matter of seconds, but it wasn’t really how I write blogs. So, I asked it to be more conversational and you know what, it sounded much better. Not exactly my style but something I could work with. I could tweak it even further though if I wanted. Like I said, it’s a tool and you need to undersatnd how to use it and get the best from it.

Here’s the blog it wrote for me – what do you think?

Hey there! Have you heard of ChatGPT? It’s a chatbot that uses natural language processing (NLP) to communicate with users. In this blog post, we’ll explore the benefits of using ChatGPT in a conversational way.

Firstly, ChatGPT is available 24/7! That’s right, you can get help and answers to your questions at any time of the day or night. No need to wait until business hours or for an email response. ChatGPT is always ready to assist you!

Another great benefit of ChatGPT is its speed and efficiency. It uses NLP to quickly understand your questions and provide accurate and relevant responses in a matter of seconds. No more waiting on hold or waiting for a response to your email. ChatGPT is lightning-fast!

ChatGPT can also provide personalized interactions with users. It can remember previous conversations and use that information to provide tailored responses. This creates a more human-like interaction and can help build trust between the user and the chatbot.

Using ChatGPT can also be cost-effective for businesses. Chatbots can handle a high volume of queries at once, without the need for breaks or time off. This can result in significant cost savings for businesses.

By providing quick and efficient responses, personalized interactions, and 24/7 availability, ChatGPT can help increase customer satisfaction. When customers feel that their needs are being met quickly and efficiently, they are more likely to have a positive view of the business and its products or services.

Finally, ChatGPT can help businesses scale their customer service operations without the need to hire additional staff. As businesses grow and their customer base expands, it can be difficult to keep up with the demand for customer service. ChatGPT can help businesses continue to provide high-quality customer service even as they grow.

In conclusion, ChatGPT is a valuable tool for businesses and individuals looking for quick and efficient assistance. Its 24/7 availability, speed and efficiency, personalized interaction, cost-effectiveness, increased customer satisfaction, and scalability make it an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their customer service experience.

It’s got the facts in there but not in the style I’d use. I could work with it though!

Have you tried it for social media posts? I can be useful there too and will suggest a few hashtags. I asked it to wite a social media post about the benefits of ChatGPT but in the style of Ryan Reynolds (Yes, big fangirl here) and the response was a bit dry so I hit regenerate and got this:

Hey everyone! Ryan Reynolds here, and let me tell you about ChatGPT. This chatbot is a game-changer, and I’m not just saying that because I’m a big fan of AI. ChatGPT is available 24/7, lightning-fast, and can provide personalized interactions with users. Plus, it’s cost-effective for businesses, increases customer satisfaction, and helps with scalability. I’m telling you, this is the future of customer service! #ChatGPT #AI #CustomerService #GameChanger

Which was kind of better but I provided feedback on it so the AI can continue to learn.

I think the main thing to takeaway from all the AI hype is that you need to try it. Don’t just bury your head in the sand and hope it goes away (and doesn’t ‘steal’ your job). Just see how it could work for you and help you in what you do. If it saves you time on researching or gives you a starting point for a socisl media post why you’ve hit a writers’ block, then it’s a big bonus.
