Julie listened to my brief, and fulfilled every aspect of what I wished for for my website. My website has been complimented for its design, easy to navigate the site, and its structure. Julie has been an absolute pleasure to work with to create me an new website. She is so thorough in her approach, wanting to ensure that she gets to know what her clients want. I've really appreciated the quick 'video links' showing me the development in progress, and then the 'how to' videos to allow me to maintain it! I really appreciated Julie's premise of making something that I could maintain and update myself. I built my previous website myself, and would put off doing edits as it would take me so long, and make me bad tempered. I've already done one just this evening, which took 10 minutes, and that included watching the 'how to video'. As an ex auditor, Julie would definitely get a 5 star rating from me!

Julie at Plumb Digital knows everything there is to know about website copy, design and creation (and what she doesn't know isn't worth knowing!) I had had an issue with my website for AGES and kept putting off sorting it out because I just couldn't figure out what the problem was. I contacted Julie and, at really short notice, she jumped on a Zoom video call and sorted me out straight away. I only wish I'd contacted her sooner! Julie's the perfect combo of technical expert, creative thinker and - important for non-techies like me - doesn't bombard you with jargon! I thoroughly recommend Julie to anyone who's looking for support with their website!

Great service from Julie on the redesign of my website. Friendly and informative at all times - answering all my questions in a 'non-tech' way! Julie also gave me some helpful How To videos, once launched, that I have referred to numerous times to be able to maintain and update a few parts of the website myself - without getting in a complete pickle! Highly recommend.

We are delighted with our new website, beautifully designed and Julie is a true professional. She has a clever system which allows you to work through the different phases, and she guides you through the process with videos to see the progress. The handing over videos were also very helpful, the whole process was very enjoyable and she was very patient with us too.
